Hyeonjin Cathy Kim

Hi, I’m Cathy. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Clinical Science (CCS) Lab at Seoul National University. Previously, I worked as a research scientist at Emocog and as a research professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Boramae Medical Center. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Seoul National University in 2024, where I trained in computational psychiatry at the CCS Lab. I also completed clinical training at Boramae Medical Center, gaining experience that connects research with clinical practice.

My research focuses on understanding psychiatric symptoms through computational and neuroscientific approaches. In the long term, I aim to translate this work into more precise and personalized approaches to mental health care.
