Hyeonjin Cathy Kim

Hi, I’m Cathy. I am currently working as a research scientist at Emocog and previously served as a research professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Boramae Medical Center. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Seoul National University (2024), where I was trained in computational psychiatry at the CCS Lab. I also completed clinical training in psychiatry at Boramae Medical Center, gaining experience bridging research and clinical practice.

My research focuses on understanding psychiatric symptoms through computational and neuroscientific approaches. In the long term, I aim to translate this work into more precise and personalized approaches to mental health care.
